The typical lead time is 7–8 weeks. Should you need it sooner please email sales@thekensingtonpaperie.com and we'll do our best to expedite your order.

All samples are delivered via Royal Mail free of charge within the UK, and for a small fee internationally.
Delivery & Returns
All wallpaper orders are dispatched by our printers in the UK. Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address upon placing your order.
Should an order not reach its intended destination due to incorrect information being given, all charges incurred to rectify the delivery, or loss of, will be the responsibility of the customer.
No claims for faulty wallpaper can be made once the wallpaper has been cut; please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of unused rolls.
Additional Information
We would always recommend that an experienced hanger installs the wallpaper.
