Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY:

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, though we kindly ask for your understanding during particularly busy periods. Estimated delivery times serve as a helpful guideline and commence from the day of dispatch. Please know that any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.

UK DELIVERY:

For all UK orders dispatched with Royal Mail, there will be a charge of £4.95, and you can typically expect delivery within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

If you choose Next Day Delivery with DPD, a charge of £9.95 will apply, and you can anticipate delivery on the next business day for orders placed before 12 noon.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. Orders to Europe or the USA generally take 3-5 business days, while shipments to other international destinations usually take up to 7 business days. To facilitate this, a flat rate shipping fee of £20 applies to all European orders, and for US and Rest of World orders, a flat rate of £30 is applicable. Please be aware that clients based outside of the UK (including the EU) are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local governments and not The Kensington Paperie. During checkout, we handle the collection and payment of these taxes and duties to ensure you don't receive any unexpected charges from shippers or customs. Additionally, in addition to shipping charges, purchasers will be responsible for any customs and excise charges imposed by their country.

TAXES & DUTIES:

For orders outside of the UK (Europe and the rest of the world), we want to kindly remind you that customers are accountable for any additional taxes and custom duties. Additionally, please note that, apart from shipping charges, purchasers will be responsible for any customs and excise charges imposed by their country.

RETURNS:

We hope that you thoroughly enjoy your order from The Kensington Paperie. However, if you find that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please know that you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To initiate this process, please contact us by emailing returns@thekensingtonpaperie.com. We would like to bring to your attention that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. Furthermore, please note that we can only accept returns for Wrapping Paper Kit Boxes that are unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. We are unable to refund the original shipping charges, and any taxes and duties paid at checkout are non-refundable.
